1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility

By registering an Account or using the Platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are not listed on any government-issued self-exclusion registry or have not voluntarily self-excluded from the pej64 Platform.
• Your use of the Platform is personal and recreational in nature; you are not accessing the Platform in a professional gambling capacity on behalf of a commercial entity.

pej64 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account if, in its sole assessment, the eligibility criteria above are not met or cannot be independently verified.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming and betting services on pej64, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name (matching your KTP), date of birth, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a valid email address.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account only. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether using the same or different identity details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. pej64 will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the associated individual from the Platform. Any balance held in duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your pej64 Account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Notify pej64 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

pej64 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to an Account that results from a Player's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a clear photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP). pej64 may request additional documentation — such as proof of address or a selfie holding the identity document — at its discretion. Accounts that fail to pass KYC review within 30 days of the first deposit may be subject to withdrawal restrictions.

3.5 Accuracy of Information

You must keep your Account information up to date. If any details change — particularly your registered mobile number or email address — you are required to update your Account profile or notify support promptly. pej64 reserves the right to suspend accounts where the registered information is found to be false, misleading, or unverifiable.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pej64 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status, verification level, and prevailing banking hours. pej64 does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency transfers, or third-party payment intermediaries not listed above.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in real time or within five (5) minutes during active banking hours. Deposits made outside standard banking clearing windows (typically 22:00–06:00 WIB for inter-bank transfers) may experience a delay of up to two (2) hours. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• The withdrawal must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active Bonus Funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money funds is processed.
• Verified accounts at standard tier: withdrawal processed within 30 minutes during 07:00–23:00 WIB, seven days a week.
• Platinum VIP accounts: withdrawal processed within 10 minutes at any hour.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pej64 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) procedures. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit deemed unusual in volume or frequency. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and notification to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international AML standards.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pej64 offers promotional bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which include the applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook offers), maximum bet per round during wagering, and expiry period. These specific terms are published at the time the promotion is made available.

5.2 Claiming Bonuses

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Bonuses not claimed within this window will expire automatically. pej64 is under no obligation to retrospectively apply a bonus to an Account if the applicable claim window has closed.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. During active wagering, the following standard restrictions apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Maximum bet per round or spin while Bonus Funds are active: Rp 100.000
• Games excluded from wagering contribution: live table games, certain progressive jackpot titles (listed in each promotion's terms)

If a player places a bet exceeding the maximum stake restriction while Bonus Funds are active, pej64 reserves the right to void the winnings from that bet and remove the associated Bonus Funds from the Account.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

pej64 monitors bonus usage to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated play between accounts. Any account found to be abusing promotional offers will have the associated bonus and derived winnings forfeited, and may be permanently excluded from future promotions.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

pej64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes do not affect bonuses already credited to an Account, which remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.

6 Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games — including live dealer titles, slot gacor (high-RTP slot game) products, togel pools, sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams, bandar bola (football betting agent) markets, and e-sports betting — may vary based on your location, account status, and scheduled maintenance windows. pej64 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or market.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the applicable market rules published on the Platform at the time of wager placement. In the event of a discrepancy between live odds and settled odds, the settled odds at time of event conclusion prevail. pej64 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault.

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to pay out. If one selection is void (e.g., a match is abandoned), the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections. Asian handicap (voor bola) rules follow standard international Asian handicap conventions.

6.3 Togel Draw Rules

Results for all togel pool draws — including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), and Togel Sydney (SDY) — are determined by the official results published by the respective independent draw organizations. pej64 does not influence or control draw outcomes. All togel bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled after the relevant draw has commenced.

6.4 Bet Confirmation

A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference number is displayed to the player on screen. Bets placed during technical outages or network disconnections that do not generate a confirmation number are not valid. Players experiencing connectivity issues during bet placement should contact support before the relevant event commences.

6.5 Maximum Win Limits

pej64 applies maximum win limits per bet and per calendar day across all product verticals. These limits are published in the Platform's game-specific help documentation. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum are subject to reduction to the applicable cap.

7 Responsible Gaming

pej64 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. As a condition of continued Platform access, you agree to engage with pej64's responsible gaming framework honestly and proactively. If you believe your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, you are strongly encouraged to activate a self-exclusion immediately via your Account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one (1) hour of receipt and take effect immediately.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent platform ban:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract data.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or software malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to: chip dumping in poker, coordinated multi-account wagering, or sharing of information to gain an unfair edge in live dealer games.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using pej64 for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players by any means.
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without restriction and where pej64's services are specifically unlawful.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward pej64 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pej64 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pej64 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license terminates automatically upon account closure.

10 Privacy & Data

pej64 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process — including your name, date of birth, KTP number, bank account details, and transaction history — is processed for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the delivery of Platform services. pej64 does not sell personal data to third parties.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• pej64 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• pej64 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• pej64's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising directly from a proven breach of these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pej64 is not responsible for delays or failures in Platform performance caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications outages, Indonesian national bank system downtime, government actions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

Nothing in this clause limits pej64's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pej64 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — for example, a change to withdrawal processing timelines, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a notice banner displayed upon login.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance before the changes take effect.

13 Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pej64 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any available real-money Balance (net of active Bonus Funds and outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

13.2 Termination by pej64

pej64 may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or identity theft associated with your Account.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of your Account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for pej64.

In cases of termination for breach, pej64 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the Balance may be forfeited. If no breach is established, the available Balance will be returned within 14 business days.

13.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Accounts closed via the self-exclusion tool are treated as a permanent closure for responsible gaming purposes. pej64 will not re-activate a self-excluded account for a minimum of six (6) months, and only after the player has completed a formal reinstatement review with our Responsible Gaming team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which pej64 operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pej64, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. A formal dispute may be submitted by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the claim. pej64 will provide a substantive written response within ten (10) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitral institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
